Hushmail Premium subscribers
If you have a Hushmail Premium subscription, we can transfer your subscription to another account, but we can not recover the passphrase or the contents of your old account. To proceed, follow these steps:

1. Create a new Hushmail account (opens in a new window)
2. Return to this contact form, and send us the following information:
   • Your old Hushmail email address
   • Your new Hushmail email address
   • The first digit and last four digits of the credit card you used to upgrade the account, or your PayPal transaction number

To close your Hushmail Premium account, please tell us the following information:

• Your full Hushmail address
• If you paid using a credit card, the first four and last four digits of your credit card number
• If you paid using PayPal, the subscription number associated with your account
