About you

• You love solving tough problems & learning any new skills and technologies needed to do so.
• You communicate well and work well on a team.
• You’re passionate about creating software that is a pleasure to use.
• You have extensive full-time work experience building web-based software.
• You’re comfortable working on a small, fast-paced team where you will have a lot of work to do and will have to manage your own time and projects.

Your PHP experience

You’re an accomplished PHP developer with experience writing clean, consistent object-oriented code that the rest of your team can understand and work with. You’re very familiar with the MVC design pattern and with PHP frameworks like the Zend Framework, which we use extensively.

Your JavaScript + HTML + CSS experience

You have worked extensively with jQuery, YUI, or other JavaScript libraries. You know HTML & CSS inside out. You know how to optimize your web pages for faster loading.
