Introducing catch-all email for Hushmail Business customers
June 8, 2010 by Toby in What's New?
We’re introducing a new feature today that we think will be useful for many of our Hushmail Business customers. Catch-all email allows you to choose one of your accounts to receive all email sent to email addresses that don’t exist on your domain.
For example, if your catch-all account is timmy@example.com, that’s where you’ll receive any email sent to accounts that haven’t been created, like tim@example.com or timothy@example.com.
You can use this feature to avoid losing emails when people misspell your name, or to easily accept all emails sent to common email addresses (sales@example.com, info@example.com, support@example.com, etc.) without creating or paying for those accounts.
To use catch-all email, sign in to Hushtools with your administrator account and click on View/change domain information, then Configure Domain. Enter the email address you would like to use as your catch-all account:

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask our Hushmail Business customer support team.

We’re pleased to announce that today we’re upgrading the storage allowance for Hushmail Premium members to 1 GB, and for Hushmail Premium + Desktop Access members to 10 GB. If you’re a Hushmail Premium subscriber you can expect to see the new storage by the end of the week (it will take a few days to roll it out to everyone).
