Hushmail will be at APA 2018 in San Fransisco, from Thursday, August 9 to Sunday, August 12. This is the second time Hushmail has attended the annual convention put on by the American Psychological Association and we are looking forward to an enjoyable and productive few days.
We think the convention is a great place to engage in the ongoing conversation about technology and healthcare. A large segment of our customer base is made up of psychologists, therapists, and other mental health workers and many of our tools were developed with their unique communication requirements in mind. In fact, some of our most recent developments happened because of their feedback.
At APA 2018, we’ll introduce the new Hush™ Secure Forms. These HIPAA-compliant secure web forms can be used as contact forms, appointment request forms, and questionnaires, and allow practitioners to eliminate most of the work that comes with using paper forms.
Although Hush™ Secure Forms has been available for a while, recent improvements have made them much easier for customers to create on their own. We are also developing a template directory, so many of the secure web forms commonly used by mental health practitioners will be readily available. We will be looking for suggestions for additional templates at the convention.
We will also introduce our new pricing plans for Hushmail for Healthcare. Instead of a one size fits all approach, the new plans are more customizable to a practice’s specific needs. If you don’t need many secure web forms and only have a few email accounts, then you won’t pay the same price as a customer who needs 10 forms and 10 email accounts. Greater flexibility will allow Hushmail to assist practices at all stages of their growth.
Although at the present moment, the new Hush™ Secure Forms and plans are only available to new customers, they will soon be available to current customers as well. So stayed tuned!
