Quickly share your booking link with clients

Add your appointment-booking link to your contact page that your clients see. When clients receive your secure email, you appear as a contact. They can select your name and click the Book Appointment button to schedule a time with you.

Set it up under Preferences > Services, and choose your Jane, Owl Practice, SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, TherapyAppointment, or Sessions booking page.

This makes scheduling simple for clients and keeps your practice running smoothly.

Simplify client insurance collection

We've added a new Insurance Information form to help you securely and efficiently collect clients' insurance details. Clients can enter their insurance information and upload photos of their insurance cards — all in a HIPAA-compliant form. This helps streamline verification, billing, and record-keeping, while keeping sensitive data private.

We’ve just added four new templates — PHQ-A, PHQ-15, PHQ-SADS, and PHQ-4 — to our growing collection of 13+ self-administered health questionnaires. Save time by having clients complete them between sessions. Automatic scoring is built in.
